It’s called NEON NITRO and the ice cream shop behind it, 196 Below in Australia, unveiled it at a night-time event in Melbourne called White Night.
Yes, under blacklight, it really GLOWS IN THE DARK!
There are 3 flavors of this super bright dessert: Pine Lime, Mango Pass (the “pass” is short for Passion Fruit), and Redskin (which is flavored after a popular Australian chewy candy called Redskins):
They use liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream to order.
I bet eating it is like a rave for your mouth! It’s also totally safe to eat.
