Spoiler alert: Bundle up because Phil saw his shadow this year which means six more weeks until spring!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16129\" src=\"https:\/\/peewee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Inner-Circle.jpg\" alt=\"Inner-Circle\" srcset=\"https:\/\/peewee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Inner-Circle.jpg 640w, https:\/\/peewee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Inner-Circle-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>\n<p><strong>This\u00a0group of men in top hats and tuxedos call\u00a0themselves the &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.groundhog.org\/about\/inner-circle\/\">Inner Circle<\/a>&#8221; and they are responsible for the care and feeding of\u00a0Punxsutawney Phil all year round. They are also in charge of organizing the annual Groundhog Day event!
