It&#8217;s made with toothbrushes, glitter, nutrition facts, electronics, vintage beer pull tabs,\u00a0and lightbulbs!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>It&#8217;s a brand new piece created by junk portrait artist <a href=\"https:\/\/thejasonmecier.com\/\">Jason Mecier<\/a> (the same guy who made <em><a href=\"https:\/\/peewee.com\/2016\/03\/30\/happy-pencil-day\/\">Pencil-Vania!<\/a><\/em>). He says he picked the toothbrushes because of THIS scene in <em>Pee-wee&#8217;s Big Adventure<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/Jzsuqvi8QgeBi\" width=\"480\" height=\"271\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>And that he used the electronics and lightbulbs to match the grey in my suit!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/3X5C68GcAnI7m\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>All those nutrition facts were inspired by the breakfast scene in <em>Big Adventure<\/em>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/r54woV6g20kzm\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>And red glitter was used to make my bowtie POP!! It&#8217;s truly Pop Art!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/HT4IFvKvQwhCE\" width=\"480\" height=\"361\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The portrait was made SPECIAL to include in Mecier&#8217;s new book, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chroniclebooks.com\/pop-trash.html\"><em>Pop Trash<\/em><\/a>, and has NEVER been shown in public before. But it will be displayed for the VERY FIRST TIME at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/laluzdejesus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=http:\/\/laluzdejesus.com\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1532029695267000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFt__PvwjCk8wrwT94G-1rtozzX4A\">La Luz de Jesus Gallery<\/a>\u00a0starting on August 3.
