Be sure to tell the hairstylist in your life how much you appreciate them today!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Now, try to imagine being the hairstylist for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thevintagenews.com\/2015\/04\/14\/the-amazing-seven-sutherland-sisters-and-their-37-feet-of-hair\/\">SEVEN SUTHERLAND SISTERS<\/a> and their collective\u00a0length of 37 FEET of hair!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6834\" src=\"https:\/\/peewee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-Sutherland-Sisters-2-e1429996535332.jpg\" alt=\"Seven Sutherland Sisters\" \/>\n<p><strong>Who\u00a0ARE\u00a0these ladies with the SUPER-LONG TRESSES??!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6836 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/peewee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-Sutherland-Sisters-5-e1429997301344.jpg\" alt=\"7-Sutherland-Sisters-5\" width=\"640\" height=\"434\" \/>\n<p><strong>They are the Seven Sutherland Sisters &#8211;Sarah, Victoria, Isabella, Grace, Naomi, Dora and Mary&#8211; and they were\u00a0a popular sideshow act for Barnum and Bailey Circus in the late 1880s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"405\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6835\" src=\"https:\/\/peewee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-Sutherland-Sisters-4.jpg\" alt=\"Seven Sutherland Sisters\" \/>\n<p><strong>During their\u00a0time at the traveling circus, they would perform several\u00a0songs before turning around and letting down their long locks to the delight of the audience. They\u00a0were called\u00a0&#8220;the seven most pleasing wonders of the world&#8221; by showman P.T. Barnum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6833 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/peewee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-Sutherland-Sisters-1.jpg\" alt=\"Seven Sutherland Sisters\" width=\"800\" height=\"607\" \/>\n<p><strong>While they were raised in poverty, they banked on their circus fame<\/strong><strong>\u00a0by selling various hair products. In the first year of selling their Hair Grower, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sideshowworld.com\/111-Mis\/7-Sisters\/Hair.html\">they earned\u00a0$90,000<\/a>!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The\u00a0little log cabin in Upstate New York, which they grew up in, was soon replaced with a Victorian mansion.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>This <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sideshowworld.com\/111-Mis\/7-Sisters\/Hair.html\">luxurious house<\/a> had:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8230;14 rooms, a marble lavatory with hot and cold running water, a turret, cupola and peaked gables, beds imported from Europe, black walnut woodwork, hardwood floors, massive chandeliers, as well as an attic room for the cook and maids.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>FANCY!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sadly, for a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yankeemagazine.com\/article\/history\/seven-sutherland-sisters\">bunch of reasons<\/a>, the women all died penniless.
