Who wants to wear space rocks on their feet?! Studio Swine (a design practice by Azusa Murakami and Alexander Groves) have got you covered with their Meteorite Shoes!!

To make these silvery shoes, they used 3D scanners to make 3D files of meteorites. They then “combined CNC milling with traditional shoe making” to craft them into shoes.

The outside of this footwear is made out of aluminum foam but don’t worry, the inside is made out of soft Italian leather.

The foam is 90% air, so these shoes are very lightweight!

Aren’t they cool?!

This space rock is 4-5,000 years old, made of iron, and was collected from Campo Del Cielo, a crater field in Argentina.

You can buy this hunk of meteorite! LOOK: http://amzn.to/1O9oEqS
