Topps bubble gum cards illustrated by Jack Davis from a 1959 set called “Funny Valentines.” Davis was one of the founding cartoonists for Mad Magazine in 1952. He did a lot of work for Topps over the years, illustrating Funny Valentines, Funny Monsters, Wanted Posters, Batty Book Covers, Wacky Placks and Silly Stickers, as well as baseball and football cards.
