Abandoned Factory Turned Into a HUGE 10-Story Playground!!

In St. Louis, Missouri, an abandoned 600,000 square-foot shoe factory got turned into a giant fun playground!! Kids of all ages are welcome!!

The 10-story tall International Shoe building, formerly the home of the International Shoe Factory, now houses City Museum!!

It’s described as an “eclectic mixture of children’s playground, funhouse, surrealistic pavilion, and architectural marvel.”

It was created by artist and sculptor Bob Cassilly who opened it in 1997. He has since passed away, but the Cassilly Crew keeps his dream alive!!
