Thanks to the Idaho Potato Commission, this steel-and-plaster tuber now lives on a 400-acre plot of land outside of Boise and is available to rent.
The simple giant potato structure was converted to a hotel room by tiny home builder, Kristie Wolfe.
The single room at the fully-furnished Big Idaho Potato Hotel rents for $200/night from Airbnb!
